We pride ourselves on the health and genetic soundness of our rabbits.
The health of your rabbit is guaranteed on the day of sale for having no visible signs of disease, diarrhea, eye discharge, nasal discharge, sneezing, sore hocks, infections, wounds, abscesses, broken bones or other deformities.At time of sale you were given the opportunity to examine the rabbit.
If the rabbit exhibits any signs of illness or disease within 36 hours of sale, you must contact us immediately and within this time period (*after this time period, Round Hill Rabbitry is not liable for the cost of the rabbit, replacement of the rabbit, or for any other costs and expenses, such as veterinarian, incurred by Purchaser in the care of the rabbit*).If there is a problem with the rabbit and you contact us withn 36 hours, Round Hill Rabbitry agrees to the return of the rabbit for a refund of your purchase price or, if you prefer, to replace the rabbit with another similar rabbit as soon as possible.These provisions do not apply if the rabbit has become sick and/or dies due to stress from being over-handled, over-fed or been fed something not recommended in a rabbit’s diet, mistreated, kept in extreme temperatures, or has been injured by other pets or young children.Round Hill Rabbitry is not responsible for any veterinarian costs incurred by you at any time following the purchase date.
Should the rabbit become sick during the 36 hours following purchase and you choose not to contact us, it is assumed that the Purchaser has waived all rights as outlined above, and that Round Hill Rabbitry owes no duty to either refund the purchase price or replace the rabbit.
